المسابقة السنوية 2012 – أسواق إماراتية

 

موضوع المسابقة:

تهدف الدورة الثالثة من المسابقة السنوية إلى تشجيع المصورين من المحترفين والموهوبين والهواة على تصوير الأسواق الإماراتية القديمة والحديثة والتقاط كل أنواع ومظاهر التسوق في الإمارات.

 

أقسام المسابقة:

أولا: المحور الرئيسي (أسواق إماراتية):

يركز المحور الرئيسي في مسابقة "أسواق إماراتية" على تفاصيل الحياة اليومية في الأسواق الإماراتية القديمة والحديثة. يجب على كل مشارك القيام بتصوير مجموعة صور (portfolio) تعكس كل ما يراه من مظاهر للحياة في تلك الأسواق، وإرسال ملف أعمال كامل يتضمن 4 صور كحد أقل و10 صور كحد أقصى، مع أهمية شرح اسم المكان والزمان الذي أخذت فيه تلك الصور.

 

الجائزة الأولى: 50 ألف درهم

الجائزة الثانية: 30 ألف درهم

الجائزة الثالثة: 20 ألف درهم

 

ثانيا: المحاور الفرعية:

تركز المحاور الفرعية على موضوعات متنوعة عن الحياة في دولة الإمارات بشكل عام، وتنقسم إلى 6 أقسام:

 

1- طبيعة الإمارات: المركز الأول (10 آلاف درهم)، المركز الثاني (5 آلاف درهم)

2- الفن المعماري: المركز الأول (10 آلاف درهم)، المركز الثاني (5 آلاف درهم)

3- الحركة والأكشن: المركز الأول (10 آلاف درهم)، المركز الثاني (5 آلاف درهم)

4- الحياة الصامتة: المركز الأول (10 آلاف درهم)، المركز الثاني (5 آلاف درهم)

5- تصوير الماكرو: المركز الأول (10 آلاف درهم)، المركز الثاني (5 آلاف درهم)

6- تصوير البورترية: المركز الأول (10 آلاف درهم)، المركز الثاني (5 آلاف درهم)

 

شروط الاشتراك:

- أن يكون من المواطنين أو المقيمين بدولة الإمارات.

- أن تكون الصور مأخوذة في منطقة ضمن حدود دولة الإمارات.

- أن تقدم الصور بصيغة JPEG وبجودة لا تقل عن 300 dpi.

- أن لا تكون الصورة قد فازت في دورة سابقة من الجائزة.

- الحد الأدنى للاشتراك في المحور الرئيسي هو 4 صور ولا تقبل أكثر من 10 صور

- يمكن للفنان المشاركة بجميع فئات المحور الفرعي بحيث لا تزيد عن 3 صور لكل فرع.

- لا يحق للمشترك سحب أي صورة من المسابقة طالما تقدم بها.

- يخول الفنان الجائزة باستخدام أعماله ونشرها وعرضها مع الاحتفاظ بحقه الأدبي.

- يتعهد الفنان بملكيته للصور المقدمة ويتحمل أية مساءلة قانونية تجاه الصور.

 

طريقة الاشتراك:

البدء بتسجيل العضوية من خلال تعبئة البيانات على موقع الجائزة www.photosaward.com، ثم تفعيل العضوية والاختيار بين إحدى طريقتين:

1- تقديم الأعمال إلكترونيا من خلال تحميلها على موقع الجائزة

2- تقديم الأعمال يدويا إلى مقر الجائزة بدبي أو جمعية الإمارات للتصوير الضوئي، مرفقة مع بيانات العضوية في الموقع الإلكتروني.

* يبدأ تسليم الأعمال في الأول من يناير 2012، وآخر موعد للتسليم هو 20 ابريل 2012

 

 

 

 

 

Mansoor bin Mohammed Photography Award

Emirati Souks- Annual Photo Contest 2012

 

 

 

In its third edition Mansoor Bin Mohammed Photography Award - Emarati Souks 2012 aims to encourage photography professionals and amateurs to take part in this exclusive competition to capture the spirit of shopping within the UAE’s old and modern market places.

 

 

Award Categories:

1.      Main Category (Emirati Souks):

 

The main theme of 2012’s Mansoor Bin Mohammed Photography Award (Emirati Souks); aims to highlight the atmosphere of UAE’s old and modern market places as captured by the lenses of the competitors. Entries to this category are accepted in sequence photos or in a standard  portfolio presentation.

The main requirement within this unified submission is to reflect the artist’s vision in of those captured shopping moments or locations within a minimum submission of 4 photographs and a maximum of 10 photographs per applicant.

It is crucial to include along with each submission the description of the photo and details such as the location and time the photos were taken.

 

First-place Award:             AED 50,000

Second-place Award:        AED 30,000

Third-place Award:           AED 20,000

 

 

 

 

2.      Sub-Categories:

 

The sub-categories of the Award is a chance to bring out most of your talents and creativity and to focus on different and general aspects of life within the lifestyle of UAE. Each competitor is allowed to three submissions per category of these six categories:

 

Sub-categories Awards:

1.      Landscape in UAE:      First-place (AED 10,000), Second-place (AED 5,000)

2.      Architecture :              First-place (AED 10,000), Second-place (AED 5,000)

3.      Action and Motion:     First-place (AED 10,000), Second-place (AED 5,000)

4.      Still Life:                      First-place (AED 10,000), Second-place (AED 5,000)

5.      Macro and abstract : First-place (AED 10,000), Second-place (AED 5,000)

6.      People and portrait:    First-place (AED 10,000), Second-place (AED 5,000)

 

Terms and conditions:

1.      Applications are open to UAE nationals and UAE resident only.

2.   Photographs shall be taken within the UAE only .

3. Image format: JPEG with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

4. Only photographs taken for the purpose of this competition and not entered into any previous competitions or publications will be granted participation.

5. Submissions for the Main Category ‘Emarati Souks’ falls within the minimum of 4 photos and a maximum of 10 photos per applicant.

6. While the Sub-category, each applicant is permitted to submit a maximum of three photos per sub-category.

8. Once a submission takes place no participant whatsoever is authorized to withdraw any applied photos.

9.  The applicant will have full ownership rights to the photos submitted.

10. The applicant remains fully responsibility against any legal concerns and accountability to the images.

 

How to apply:

1. Online Registry at  (www.photosaward.com).

2. Personal submission of the art work on a CD/ DVD to the headquarters of the Award in the Emirate of Dubai (0501000323) or to The Emirates Photography Society in Sharjah (065688869).

3. Applications and entries will commence on 1^st of January 2012 and the Deadline is 20 of April 2012.
